Privacy Policy
EngravePrep processes artwork locally, without an account or cloud photo service. Apple and RevenueCat process purchase information.
Your photos
Photos and projects are processed and stored on your device. EngravePrep does not upload them to us or to an analytics service.
Data collection
EngravePrep has no app account, advertising, or advertising tracking. Photos, projects, exports, and editor activity stay on your device. We do not sell your data.
Purchases
Apple processes in-app purchases. RevenueCat receives purchase history, an anonymous app identifier, and technical information needed to validate transactions and provide purchase and revenue reporting. We do not send RevenueCat your name, email, artwork, or advertising identifier. StoreKit continues to unlock and restore your lifetime purchase on your device. We do not receive your payment details. Support messages
If you choose to email support, your email provider sends us the address, message, and attachments you include. We use them only to respond and troubleshoot, retain them only as needed for support and legal obligations, and do not sell or use them for advertising.
Your choices
You can delete saved projects in the app and remove all locally stored app data by deleting EngravePrep. Photo and camera access occurs only through Apple's system interfaces when you choose to use them.
