Should I dither the image again?
No. The exported PNG already contains the final black-and-white dots. Use an image passthrough mode when your software provides one.
Where are my photos stored?
Imported photos, generated images, saved projects, and presets stay in the app container on your device.
How do I restore a purchase?
Open About in EngravePrep, choose Restore Purchases, and use the Apple Account that bought the lifetime unlock.
Before a final burn
Use the free dither test strip on scrap. Verify dimensions, focus, material suitability, ventilation, and fire supervision before engraving.
